Pourtant, cette action n\u00e9cessite un contr\u00f4le permanent de la force exerc\u00e9e sur base d&rsquo;informations sensorielles.\u00a0<strong>Mathieu Bourguignon du d\u00e9partement de magn\u00e9toenc\u00e9phalographie de l&rsquo;Institut des Neurosciences (<\/strong><a style=\"color: #074d7c; cursor: pointer;\" href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1523\/JNEUROSCI.0447-17.2017\">article du Journal of Neuroscience)<\/a>\u00a0et Riitta Hari de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Aalto, en Finlande, ont donc tent\u00e9 de mieux comprendre les m\u00e9canismes neuronaux \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153uvre dans ce processus.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;enregistrement de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale, les chercheurs ont pu d\u00e9montrer que le cerveau r\u00e9gule la force de contraction sur base d&rsquo;un traitement \u00e0 basse fr\u00e9quence (en dessous de 3 Hz) des signaux g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par les organes sensoriels de la main. Cette d\u00e9couverte entre en contradiction avec les \u00e9tudes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes qui envisageaient que le cerveau ne puisse se servir que de signaux \u00e0 20 Hz pour r\u00e9guler la force. En effet, 20 Hz est la fr\u00e9quence dominante de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 oscillatoire du cerveau provenant du cortex sensorimoteur, la partie du cerveau qui contr\u00f4le nos actions motrices et surveille les informations tactiles et proprioceptives. De plus, les signaux du cerveau et des muscles contract\u00e9s sont coupl\u00e9s \u00e0 20 Hz.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, si le cerveau \u00ab\u00a0parle\u00a0\u00bb aux muscles \u00e0 20 Hz, on sait d\u00e9sormais qu&rsquo;il les \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9coute\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 moins de 3 Hz, soit \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence bien plus basse.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour beaucoup, tenir un objet rel\u00e8ve d&rsquo;une apparente simplicit\u00e9.
